Moscow, May 27, 2016 – The best Young Chef for the region Russia, CIS and Baltics that took place in Moscow is Hezret Berdiev, sous-chef of Four Seasons Hotel Lion Palace. He won with his signature dish Summer in Siberia. Herzet will represent the region at S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2016 Grand Finale, in Milan in October. The jury was composed by famous chefs of the region: Vladimir Mukhin, who will also perform the role of mentor in Milan, Tõnis Sigur, Sergey Shiporov, Liutauras Chepratskas, Uilliam Lamberti. They unanimously gave the victory to the talented young chef for his dish: “glazed venison with fermented pearl barley with celeriac and pine espume, parsley and pine sponge, and seabuckthorn sauce”.
